Teacher of BSU at the International Scientific Conference in Groningen (Netherlands)

V.A. Rodionov, the acting head of History and Asian Studies Department of Oriental Institute, took part in the international scientific conference "Modern Mongolia: international relations, the mining industry, society", organized by the University of Groningen.

Within two days (November 28-29) researchers from Russia, Mongolia, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Germany, Canada and the USA presented their reports on various development aspects of modern Mongolia. In particular, special emphasis was placed on the current difficulties and trade and investment cooperation between Mongolia and its foreign partners. The speech topic of V.A. Rodionov was related to the “third neighbor” policy issues of Mongolia under the President H. Battulge.

Following the conference, it was decided to publish a collection of scientific articles.
